Hi Diana, I’m new to Medium and I’m quickly seeing that only organic traffic within Medium seems to matter. After all, the only money you can get is from paying Medium subscribers, who come to this platform to read (and write) specifically, and are more likely to be subscribers than any links from outside. I’m too new to think about any big money but it’s confusing that you could get 100 clicks and make $2, and another article gets 400+ clicks and earns 03 cents.

Oh well, I’ll keep trying and hopefully my writing will improve — just hoping to actually earn some income here! Thanks,
