Is Capitalism Saving Us Right Now?

Who’s actually fighting for our rights? It’s not the politicians.

Is it just me, or are there business owners who want to open, and customers that want to get the hell out of their homes and pay for goods and services, who are primarily driving the pushback against a state that’s encroaching on our rights?

I’m not merely talking about a right to open their business. I’m talking about the basis for human rights on a far larger scale.

I’m not necessarily a huge cheerleader for capitalism; but I’ve learned enough about free markets to know that certain things do work, and I think right now we are seeing some of that play out for the better.

You’re probably asking the question, exactly what or who is capitalism saving us from then?

People want to be free, and people want to be able to earn money, because it costs money to live, and it kind of costs money to be free nowadays.

Many don’t realize there is an actual global effort underway to tamp down on our human rights. Several world leaders and other influentials have openly stated that Covid is the perfect opportunity to make some big changes to society. Some of them talk about it by calling at the Great Reset or the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

This is a push toward stakeholder capitalism and technocracy, and it’s not compatible with our current rights, nor is it the same thing as socialism or communism.

The Great Reset is a very real, wide-ranging set of global initiatives being marketed by the World Economic Forum (WEF), that seeks to transform every aspect of our lives and our social contract. This is mostly being done under green pretenses, and being labeled with things like “sustainable development goals”. But you don’t have to be anti-environmentalist to read between the lines and see the authoritarianism and fascism beneath these goals.

Joe Biden is on board with his slogan “Build Back Better.” Biden appointed John Kerry as climate czar, and Kerry is fully on board with the WEF as an “Agenda Contributor”, and he has spoken about it on the WEF’s “Great Reset” podcast.
